YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR GAME FROM OUR SHOP YOURSELF, OR WE CAN DELIVER IT WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF OUR SHOP FOR A FEE. WE ALSO WORK WITH SEVERAL SHIPPING COMPANIES THAT DELIVER NATIONWIDE.
PLEASE CONSIDER THAT ALL SHIPPING RATES ARE ONLY DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR, CURBSIDE. HOWEVER, INSIDE DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA COST.

Please consider that shipping companies charge more to deliver to certain areas, such as crowded cities like New York City, Long Island, or Staten Island, rural areas, or to places that are hard to get to by Semi Truck. The cost of shipping may be more for the following states: Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, California and Washington. If this is the case, please get in touch with us for a shipping rate quote before purchasing, or we will discuss the difference after you purchase your game. While the shipping rate listed is typically correct, it is not guaranteed for certain areas.
WE COMPLETELY WRAP THE GAMES IN BUBBLE WRAP AND STYROFOAM, AND THEN INSTALL THE GAME IN A BOX AND PLACE IT ON A PALLET, SECURELY STRAPPING IT DOWN TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE THROUGH SHIPMENT.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns within 15 days of the arrival of your game. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways back and forth. The game warranty includes only replacement parts.
Please get in touch with us by phone or email a week after your purchase to find out about your order status. It may take up to 8 weeks for the delivery of your game.
Order Cancellation:
You have 3 days after your purchase to cancel your order, you are responsible for a 4.5% processing fees due to the processing company's refund charges, this is only if we have not shipped the product.
If you still have not cancel your order in 3 days a 15% charge will apply to cancel the order and that is because we have lost the opportunity to sell the item to other buyer during this time and that is if we have not shipped the product.
You have 15 days to return the item after we ship the item. If we have already shipped the product you are still responsible for shipping cost for sending it to you and resending it back to us plus 4.5% credit card processing fee and that is because the shipping company will still charge us for sending the item back and forth.
Warranty
Since we may be far away from you, we only offer parts warranty. However, we have a very good tech support team that helps our customers easily change the parts. Warranty only includes parts replacement.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please consider that we make every effort to package the game well so that the chance of damage is slim. However, when a shipment leaves our shop, we do not have any control over the behavior of the shipping company's employees, or the exact arrival time of the game. Many times the 'Tracking Arrival Time' is not accurate, and depending on the area in which you are located, or other factors, such as weather, delivery times may be affected. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for the high cost of shipping returns, due to customer refusal because of late arrival.
However, Guaranteed Delivery Time Shipping is Available for Extra Charges.

IF THE GAME IS DAMAGED PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND CALL 314-481-4316, RETURN THE GAME AND WE WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER ONE. IF YOU DO NOT SEE ANY SIGN OF DAMAGES THE DRIVER WILL NOT WAIT.
